density throughout the growing season in all parts of the US due to its aggressive tillering ability which also helps repair damaged areas of turf.

This variety has shown to have excellent resistance to Brown Patch in hot humid climates. Other accomplished benefits that Talladega AT® Turf Type Tall Fescue offers are very good performance in drought conditions, fine leaf texture and quick establishment. In the 2008 NTEP Tall Fescue data, Talladega AT® Turf Type Tall Fescue was shown to have very good sod strength compared to other varieties.
